San Diego Clippers Rally Past Rip City Remix

San Diego Clippers rode 24-point performances from Jahmyl Telfort, TyTy Washington Jr. and Hunter Sallis to earn a 126-115 victory over the Rip City Remix on Thursday night at Frontwave Arena.

Telfort finished 10-of-15 from the floor, while Washington added seven rebounds, four assists and a game-high six steals. Sallis delivered a key scoring boost off the bench, and Zach Freemantle recorded a double-double with 20 points and 10 rebounds. Matt Allocco chipped in 12 points and five assists for San Diego, which improved to 15-15 on the season.

Javonte Cooke paced Rip City with a game-high 25 points and seven assists before fouling out in the fourth quarter. Alex Reese knocked down six shots from beyond the arc to score 18 points, while Yang Hansen posted a double-double with 16 points and 13 rebounds. Reserve Andrew Carr added 16 points for the Remix, who fell to 16-14.

The Remix carried a 62-60 edge into halftime, but the Clippers responded to take an 87-85 lead entering the fourth quarter. San Diego closed strong, outscoring Rip City 39-30 in the final period to secure the win.
